Monday Morning Inspiration!

Good morning!

 

Join me today for a 10 minute Tap~A~ Long. This is a powerful intention that will enable you to move through your day with optimism and good feelings. The more you can feel it in your body the more effective this will be. Find a space where you have some privacy and enjoy!     

 

Bring your hands to your heart and take a deep breath in and a complete exhalation.

Close your eyes and take another breath in and on the exhalation release all tension in your body.

Continue to inhale and exhale. Inhaling light and healing energy and exhaling darkness and dis~ease.

 

When you feel relaxed bring your awareness to your hands, gently placed on your heart.

Say: Today is an amazing day with endless possibilities. I embrace the wonder of this day and release any and all obstacles to my well-being and happiness.

 

Tap the top of the head. Say:  I love life and life loves me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap the third eye. Say: I release all fear and worry and trust that life supports me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the eyebrows. Say: I trust the goodness of life. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the side of the eye. Say: I trust myself. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Tap under the eye. Say: I release all fear and limited thinking. Take another breath in and let it go.

 

Tap the top of the lip. Say: I am the thinker and I choose thoughts that support me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap the crease of the chin. Say: I approve of myself. I support myself. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the collarbone. Say: I choose thoughts that support and encourage me. I choose healing thoughts. Take a deep breath and let it go.

Tap the finger points.

 

Use your dominant pointer and tap on the opposite thumb point. Say: Life supports me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the pointer finger. Say: I support me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap the middle finger. Say: I approve of myself. I appreciate myself. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the ring finger. Say: I choose to see the good in me. I choose to see the good in my life. Take a deep breath and let it go.

 

Tap on the pinky finger. Say: I choose to see the good in other people. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Tap on the side of the hand. Say: Life supports me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Place your hands, one over the other on your heart. Say: All is well in my world in this moment and life supports me. Take a deep breath in and let it go.

 

Say: And so it is…
