Case Study: Treating PTSD with Energy Psychology

A survivor of the World Trade Center collapse was suffering from PTSD, complicated by dissociated memories. A combination of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) allowed this person to return to work after years of disability.
This study was published in the journal, Work. Association of Energy Psychology (ACEP) members Greg Nicosia, Amanda Freger and Lorna Minewiser co-authored a longitudinal case study on this case. This is a single subject design research article conducted by a clinician.
